microRNA in situ Detection
Phylogeny’s is pleased to offer the only commercial in situ detection of miRNA. in situ miRNA hybridization methods offer sensitive detection of miRNAs in specific cell(s) or sub-cellular organelles. Combined with our comprehensive tissue procurement and other services, the in situ miRNA hybridization service makes exploring the role of miRNA in your experimental system easily accessible. In addition, the ability to detect miRNA in FFPE tissue, in situ miRNA hybridization opens the vast collections of archival formalin fixed paraffin embedded cell and tissue materials for scientific inquiry. miRNA >
Phylogeny Cytogenetics Services
Cytogenetic methods offer a variety of technologies for characterizing genome alterations associated with cancers and congenital conditions based on changes in karyotype structure. Modern cytogenetic techniques can resolve changes from whole chromosomes to relatively small alterations of sequence or copy number.
Phylogeny offers a comprehensive set of cytogenetics services supported by our tissue preparation, probe amplification and labeling, and consultation resources. All experiments are performed in a CLIA and CAP certified facility. Cytogenetics >
Supplemental Services
Phylogeny and our trusted partners can provide additional custom services to support functional genomic research. Featured services include RNA purification, immunohistochemistry, laser capture microdissection, and high resolution Aperio imaging. These services are generally provided as part of a comprehensive package built around the company's core services. They are also available on a stand-alone basis for large scale projects.
